Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our front‑of‑house team as Waiters/Waitresses. This position is ideal for energetic candidates aged 18‑25 who thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment and enjoy delivering memorable dining experiences. As a member of our service crew, you will work across any of our restaurant locations, providing courteous and efficient service to guests from opening at 08:00 AM until closing at 05:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. The role offers a supportive atmosphere where teamwork, professionalism, and a “no drama” attitude are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, answer menu‑related questions, and suggest specials or pairings.
  • Deliver meals and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Monitor tables throughout service, promptly addressing any additional guest needs or concerns.
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining environment.
  • Process payments using POS systems, issue receipts, and handle cash transactions with integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate order flow and maintain smooth operations.
  • Maintain personal appearance and uniform standards to reflect the brand’s polished image.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and food‑handling regulations at all times.
  • Participate in briefings, training sessions, and occasional inventory checks as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age between 18 and 25 years.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.
  • Professional, honest, disciplined, and responsible attitude.
  • Willingness to be assigned to any of our restaurant branches nationwide.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues during busy periods.
  • Neat personal appearance and adherence to uniform guidelines.
  • “No drama” mindset – able to stay calm and composed under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work the scheduled shift of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
