Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full‑time Barista to join our professional coffee service team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso‑based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
- Operate, clean, and perform routine maintenance on espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and hygienic work station, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Accurately handle cash transactions, process credit‑card payments, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Manage inventory levels, receive deliveries, and restock coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other consumables.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers, upsell pastries and seasonal items, and promote loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Train new hires on drink preparation, equipment usage, and customer service standards.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Contribute ideas for menu development, seasonal promotions, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of hands‑on experience as a barista; 1 year of experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated capacity to perform under pressure during busy service periods.
