We are currently seeking a diligent and motivated Staff Warehouse & Packing professional to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that every customer receives the right product, on time, and in perfect condition.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders received through various e‑commerce platforms, adhering to strict accuracy standards.
- Verify product details against order specifications to prevent mismatches before shipment.
- Apply shipping labels, waybills, and any required documentation to each package.
- Organize and maintain orderly stock locations, ensuring optimal space utilization and easy retrieval.
- Assist with inbound goods reception, including checking quantities, inspecting for damage, and updating inventory systems.
- Conduct regular stock‑take (stock‑opname) activities to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Keep the warehouse environment clean, safe, and well‑ventilated, following company safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics, customer service, and quality control teams to resolve any order discrepancies promptly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting workflow enhancements and participating in Kaizen events.
Requirements
- Male candidates aged between 18 and 30 years.
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA) / Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail, honesty, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work quickly and maintain a neat, organized packing station.
- Excellent teamwork skills and willingness to assist colleagues during peak periods.
- Basic proficiency with administrative tools such as Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or e‑commerce fulfillment environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads safely.
