Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective micro‑enterprise clients, presenting Amartha’s credit programs and guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Conduct on‑the‑ground household economic assessments, offering tailored financial counseling to improve borrowers’ cash‑flow management and business planning.
- Perform detailed feasibility surveys and credit‑worthiness analyses, ensuring each application complies with internal policies, risk parameters, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive recommendation reports for the financing committee, highlighting risk factors, repayment capacity, and potential social impact.
- Facilitate weekly member meetings, track loan disbursements, and support post‑disbursement monitoring to maintain high repayment rates.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including data analytics, product development, and compliance—to refine outreach strategies and improve loan portfolio performance.
- Maintain accurate field records using Amartha’s digital tools, ensuring data integrity for reporting and audit purposes.
- Provide feedback from the field to senior management, helping shape future product offerings and community engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age limit: 33 years old or younger.

- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates with a passion for social impact are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with rural households.
