Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Administrator Kantor dan Pengelolaan Administrasi to join our dynamic office team. This role is ideal for a motivated young woman who is eager to apply her administrative knowledge, computer skills, and basic networking understanding in a fast‑paced environment. The successful candidate will become an integral part of our daily operations, ensuring that office procedures run smoothly and that all administrative tasks are performed with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office documentation, including filing, scanning, and archiving of both physical and digital records.
  • Coordinate internal communications, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes for senior staff.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure timely replenishment to avoid disruptions.
  • Operate office computers and standard software (MS Office, email clients, and basic database tools) to generate reports and handle data entry.
  • Provide basic technical support for the office network, including troubleshooting LAN and Wi‑Fi connectivity issues.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing workstations, access credentials, and orientation materials.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects, such as event planning, client onboarding, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection regulations, and confidentiality standards.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Support the finance department with invoice processing, expense tracking, and preparation of basic financial documentation.

Requirements

  • Female candidates aged 24 years or older.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Proficient in operating a personal computer, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts such as LAN and Wi‑Fi configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
