Introduction
The Kitchen Operations Staff Member plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and hygienic functioning of our food‑service environment. Working six days a week from Monday to Saturday, the successful candidate will be on duty from 08:00 to 17:00, supporting the culinary team in a fast‑paced kitchen that serves a high volume of guests daily. Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain all cooking stations, ensuring that utensils, cookware, and ingredients are organized and readily available for chefs.

- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients under the direction of senior kitchen staff.

- Execute rigorous cleaning schedules, including daily deep‑cleaning of work surfaces, floors, and storage areas, to meet health‑code regulations.
