Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Staf Pengadaan Barang to join our dynamic team in Palembang. This role is pivotal in driving product sales, maintaining optimal store presentation, and fostering strong relationships with both store owners and customers. Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products aggressively in the assigned store to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Engage customers with clear, persuasive product demonstrations and switching strategies to maximize upsell opportunities.
- Maintain product displays in a fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing manner at all times.
- Perform routine maintenance of tinting machines, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and availability of all necessary accessories.
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with store owners, acting as the primary point of contact for any operational concerns.
- Build lasting rapport with customers, delivering exceptional service that encourages repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Monitor competitor activities, gather market intelligence, and relay insights to the sales management team.
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly sales and activity reports, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to execute in‑store promotions and special events.
- Assist in inventory audits and help coordinate stock replenishment to avoid out‑of‑stock situations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age who meet the qualifications are welcome.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s operational policy).
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in a retail or consumer‑goods environment.
- Key Skills: Strong sales and negotiation abilities, excellent communication, customer‑service orientation, and basic technical aptitude for handling tinting equipment.
- Personal Traits: Self‑motivated, reliable, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently while also thriving in a team setting.
- Language: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
