Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic Operations Coordinator – Retail to join our growing team in Kerobokan, Badung, Bali. As a key player in our retail network, you will serve as the operational backbone that keeps store activities, logistics, and cross‑department communication running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational tasks, prioritizing high‑impact activities to ensure all deadlines are met in a fast‑moving retail setting.
- Maintain and regularly update operational databases using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Act as the central hub for information flow, clearly articulating operational needs, status updates, and performance metrics to store managers, warehouse staff, and senior leadership.
- Utilize local route knowledge and a company‑provided motorcycle to coordinate timely deliveries, inventory transfers, and vendor visits across multiple store locations.
- Facilitate seamless communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, bridging cultural and language gaps among diverse team members and external partners.
- Identify process bottlenecks, conduct root‑cause analysis, and recommend digital or manual improvements to boost efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Support the rollout and adoption of new digital tools (e.g., inventory management systems, POS upgrades) by training staff and monitoring implementation progress.
- Prepare regular operational reports, highlighting key performance indicators such as stock turnover, order fulfillment rates, and store readiness scores.
- Collaborate with the merchandising and marketing teams to align promotional activities with inventory availability and store staffing.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies during all store and warehouse activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in retail operations, store coordination, or supply‑chain support.
- Strong time‑management and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace; quick learner of new software platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) with a clean driving record.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, capable of analyzing data to drive process improvements.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross‑functional team.
