Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Creambath service area, ensuring that all treatments are performed according to established protocols.
- Coordinate scheduling for a team of stylists and assistants, balancing client appointments with staff availability.
- Maintain inventory of specialized cream‑bath products, ordering supplies proactively to avoid shortages.
- Conduct regular equipment checks and enforce safety and sanitation standards to comply with health regulations.
- Provide on‑the‑spot coaching and mentorship to junior staff, fostering continuous skill development.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics such as service turnover, client satisfaction scores, and product usage.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote seasonal cream‑bath packages and special promotions.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Proven experience in salon services, particularly in cream‑bath or similar deep‑conditioning treatments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate service benefits to clients.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
