We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative (Female) to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on promoting cash‑loan products secured by motorbike or car BPKB, leveraging both traditional outreach and modern digital channels.
The successful candidate will be the front‑line ambassador of our financing portfolio, helping individuals obtain quick access to funds while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. This position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with ample opportunity for professional growth and performance‑based earnings.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and convert prospective customers for cash‑loan products secured by vehicle BPKB.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling, referrals, and community networking.
- Develop and execute online marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp to generate inbound inquiries.
- Prepare and present tailored loan proposals, explaining terms, repayment schedules, and benefits clearly.
- Follow up with existing clients to encourage repeat business and cross‑sell complementary financial services.
- Gather required documentation, verify customer information, and assist the underwriting team in processing applications.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch performance metrics.
- Document all client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting consumer credit.
- Participate in regular training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 29 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, financial services, or a related field; fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
- Strong ethical standards and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Comfortable using social media tools for marketing and lead generation.
- Quick learner with adaptability to fast‑changing market conditions.
