This pivotal role will oversee legal compliance, corporate governance, and industrial relations, helping Yuniko maintain its reputation for integrity and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs that align with Indonesian laws, including OSS (Online Single Submission), NIB (Business Identification Number), labor regulations, and environmental permits.
- Prepare, review, and maintain all corporate legal documents such as contracts, licensing agreements, TKA (foreign worker) permits, and environmental impact assessments.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and HR departments to ensure that manufacturing processes meet statutory requirements and internal standards.
- Act as the primary liaison with government agencies, regulators, and external legal counsel, handling registrations, renewals, and audit responses.
- Lead negotiations and dispute resolution in industrial relations matters, including collective bargaining, grievance handling, and conflict mediation.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and internal audits to identify potential compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide training and awareness programs for employees on legal compliance, corporate ethics, and best practices in documentation.
- Support senior management by preparing compliance reports, policy updates, and strategic recommendations for regulatory changes.
- Maintain a systematic filing system for all legal and compliance records, ensuring accessibility and audit readiness.
- Collaborate closely with the Corporate Affairs team to manage public relations, corporate social responsibility initiatives, and stakeholder communications.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law or a related field.
- Age: 25–40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in compliance, legal, or general affairs within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulatory frameworks: OSS, NIB, labor law, manufacturing licensing, TKA documentation, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability to handle industrial relations issues and resolve legal disputes efficiently.
- Highly detail‑oriented, systematic, and proficient in managing large volumes of legal documentation.
- Team‑player mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in document analysis, policy analysis, and regulatory interpretation.
