Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and prepare a variety of smoothies and juice blends according to standardized recipes.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization of the juice bar, including regular sanitizing of surfaces, equipment, and service areas.
- Sort, inspect, and receive raw ingredients (fruits, vegetables, dairy, and supplements) ensuring freshness and proper storage conditions.
- Process and pack incoming inventory, labeling items accurately for easy identification and rotation.
- Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions responsibly, and provide accurate change to customers.
- Generate daily sales reports, track revenue, and communicate any discrepancies to management promptly.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and prepare restocking orders to avoid shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow, assist during peak hours, and uphold a cooperative work atmosphere.
- Assist in creating seasonal menu items and suggest innovative presentation ideas to enhance customer experience.
- Adhere strictly to food safety regulations, health codes, and internal standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, aged 18 years or older.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact courteously with a diverse customer base.
- Demonstrated teamwork abilities and a willingness to support colleagues during busy periods.
- Creative mindset for recipe development, visual presentation, and problem‑solving.
