Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor PPIC (Pengawasan Produksi & Inventaris) to join our rapidly growing manufacturing organization. The successful candidate will lead the Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) function, ensuring that material flow, production schedules, and inventory levels are optimized to meet customer demand while maintaining cost efficiency. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and collaborates closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve detailed production plans and schedules that align with sales forecasts and capacity constraints.
  • Oversee inventory control processes, including safety stock calculations, FIFO implementation, and periodic stock reconciliations.
  • Manage the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system, ensuring accurate Bill of Materials (BOM), routing, and lead‑time data are entered and updated.
  • Coordinate closely with the Purchasing department to secure timely raw‑material deliveries and resolve supply shortages.
  • Lead a small team of PPIC analysts, providing coaching, performance feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Utilize ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo to track production orders, monitor work‑in‑process, and generate real‑time reports for senior management.
  • Conduct regular forecasting and capacity‑planning exercises, using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) to model different demand scenarios.
  • Identify bottlenecks, propose corrective actions, and drive problem‑solving initiatives that reduce lead times and improve on‑time delivery rates.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance dashboards covering key KPIs such as production efficiency, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the production planning process.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in PPIC, preferably with prior supervisory or team‑lead responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Inventory Control, Scheduling, MRP, BOM, routing, lead time, safety stock, and FIFO principles.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or equivalents) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, data analysis).
  • Demonstrated ability to perform accurate forecasting and capacity planning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving capabilities; able to motivate teams and negotiate with cross‑functional partners.
  • Highly detail‑oriented, decisive, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
  • Gender: open to all candidates.
  • Age: no maximum age limit.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary package with performance‑based bonuses.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents.
  • Retirement savings plan with company matching contributions.
  • Paid time off, including annual leave, sick leave, and national holidays.
  • Professional development opportunities such as training workshops, certifications, and tuition reimbursement.
  • Employee assistance program (EAP) and wellness initiatives.
  • Modern office facilities, on‑site cafeteria, and convenient transportation options.
