Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Operasi Produksi dan Logistik to join our fast‑growing food and beverage manufacturing team. This pivotal role will oversee the seamless integration of production processes and logistical operations, ensuring that our products move from raw material to finished goods efficiently and on schedule. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production schedules, aligning workforce, equipment, and material availability to meet output targets.
- Monitor and optimize the flow of raw materials, work‑in‑process, and finished goods through the warehouse and distribution network.
- Lead a team of production operators, logistics coordinators, and quality inspectors, providing coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Implement and enforce food safety, hygiene, and quality standards in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Develop and maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production yield, on‑time delivery, and order fulfillment rates, and recommend continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and engineering departments to anticipate demand fluctuations and adjust capacity planning.
- Prepare shift hand‑over reports, incident logs, and corrective action documentation to ensure traceability.
- Manage relationships with third‑party logistics providers, negotiating service levels and monitoring compliance.
- Respond swiftly to production bottlenecks or logistical disruptions, applying problem‑solving skills to minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in production, logistics, or a related field within the food & beverage sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with cross‑functional teams.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a high level of personal accountability.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven capacity to perform under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
- Technical knowledge of food and beverage production processes, inventory management, and supply‑chain best practices.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, ERP or WMS systems is a plus).
