Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan targeting key accounts across the Greater Malang area.
- Conduct door‑to‑door visits, product demonstrations, and follow‑up meetings with prospects to convert leads into customers.
- Create, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and local classifieds.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM system, logging all customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline forecasts.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and marketing messages.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content (graphics, videos, blog posts) that supports promotional initiatives.
- Organise and attend regional trade shows, community events, and networking sessions to expand brand reach.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights for management.
- Provide after‑sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all candidates; no upper age limit.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 0 years of professional experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and resilience (ulet) in achieving targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong orientation toward meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- In‑depth knowledge of the Malang Raya region, including key commercial districts and consumer habits.
- Own reliable transportation (motorcycle or car) for daily field visits.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team, adapting to mobile work schedules.
- Basic digital literacy: familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and CRM software.
