Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Guru Les Privat Magetan – Pengajar Profesional to join our growing team of private educators in Magetan, East Java. This role is perfect for a qualified, enthusiastic female professional who holds at least a bachelor’s degree (S1) and is passionate about fostering academic excellence in students of various ages. The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00, and provides a supportive environment where innovative teaching methods are encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized lesson plans that align with each student’s learning style, curriculum standards, and personal goals.
- Conduct one‑on‑one and small‑group tutoring sessions in subjects such as Mathematics, Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Science, ensuring clear explanations and practical examples.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and informal observation, then provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson content, and performance metrics using the center’s digital management system.
- Communicate proactively with parents or guardians, discussing strengths, areas for improvement, and strategies for continued growth.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and administrative staff to develop seasonal workshops, exam preparation clinics, and enrichment activities.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest educational technologies, teaching methodologies, and national curriculum updates to continuously improve instructional quality.
- Uphold a professional and respectful classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and a love of learning.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, a specific subject area, or a related field.

- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and proficient English communication skills.
