Responsibilities
- Learn and master all job desks and station roles within the restaurant, including cash handling, order taking, food preparation, noodle and dim sum stations, bar service, and clean‑up procedures.
- Perform rolling station duties, rotating between different areas to ensure operational flexibility and comprehensive skill development.
- Provide courteous and efficient service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to hygiene standards and local health regulations.
- Collaborate closely with team members, assisting colleagues during peak periods and supporting smooth service flow.
- Accurately handle cash transactions, process payments, and reconcile end‑of‑day reports when assigned to the cashier station.
- Follow standard operating procedures for food preparation, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Participate in regular training sessions and briefings to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and safety protocols.
- Adapt to shift schedules, including weekends and holidays, with flexibility to meet the restaurant’s operational needs.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior experience in food & beverage, restaurant, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, energetic attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- No history of serious medical conditions that could affect job performance.
- Active SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate) required.
- Willingness to work a shifting schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
