This role focuses on promoting subsidized housing projects, guiding prospective buyers through the financing process, and building lasting relationships with customers, developers, and financial institutions. The ideal candidate will be motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment that operates seven days a week.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and maintain a robust database of potential homebuyers using both online platforms (social media, marketplaces) and offline channels (community events, referrals).
- Develop and execute targeted promotional campaigns for subsidized housing units, leveraging social media advertising, marketplace listings, and on‑site events to generate qualified leads.
- Present detailed product information, pricing structures, and government‑backed mortgage schemes such as the FLPP (Fasilitas Likuiditas Pembiayaan Perumahan) to prospective clients.
- Conduct diligent follow‑up with leads, guiding them through the booking process, contract signing (akad), and final handover.
- Assist clients in gathering required documentation and submit mortgage applications to partner banks, notably Bank BTN, ensuring a smooth approval process.
- Foster strong, trust‑based relationships with customers, developers, and banking partners to facilitate repeat business and referrals.
- Consistently achieve or exceed the sales targets set by the company, contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Prepare and submit regular, structured sales reports that track pipeline progress, conversion rates, and performance metrics.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes, market outreach, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 45 years.
- Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in real‑estate sales or property brokerage.
- Strong database administration skills and the ability to innovate in lead generation.
- Excellent communication and public speaking abilities, especially in a business‑property context.
- Proficiency in market analysis for residential properties and a keen eye for emerging trends.
- Demonstrated competence in handling administrative tasks related to property transactions and mortgage applications.
- Self‑motivation, goal‑orientation, and a proactive approach to meeting company targets.
