This senior role combines strategic market planning, hands‑on field verification, credit risk assessment, and team leadership to drive growth in a highly competitive automotive market. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between customers, finance teams, and the sales force, ensuring that every transaction is executed with integrity, efficiency, and profitability.

Responsibilities
- Survei Kelayakan: Conduct on‑site visits to verify the authenticity of customer data and supporting documents, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analisis Risiko Kredit: Evaluate customers’ financial capacity using credit scoring models, cash‑flow analysis, and market trends to minimize non‑performing loans.
- Administrasi Pengajuan: Accurately input loan applications into the system, track their progress, and coordinate with underwriting teams to secure timely approvals.
- Penjualan & Target: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly motor‑sale targets, leveraging promotional campaigns and dealer networks.
- Manajemen Tim: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales executives and field officers, fostering a high‑performance environment focused on customer satisfaction.
- Analisis Pasar: Monitor competitor activities, pricing dynamics, and consumer preferences to recommend product positioning and pricing adjustments.
- Laporan & Dashboard: Prepare regular performance reports, risk dashboards, and market insights for senior management review.
- Hubungan Pelanggan: Build long‑term relationships with key accounts, negotiate financing terms, and resolve escalated customer issues.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- No strict upper age limit; candidates of any age who demonstrate the required competencies are welcome.

- Entry‑level candidates may apply; however, prior experience in automotive sales, credit analysis, or financial services is advantageous.
- Essential skills: strong communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, and proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently in the field as well as collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime for special promotions or critical project deadlines.
