Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented intern to join our Magang Stock Opname – Program Pengelolaan Persediaan team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in inventory management within a fast‑growing fashion and daily‑apparel environment. As part of the stock‑taking (stock opname) program, you will support the accurate recording of merchandise, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and develop a solid foundation in retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts across multiple store locations and warehouse zones.
- Compare counted quantities with system data, identify discrepancies, and initiate corrective actions.
- Enter and update inventory data in the store management system, ensuring high accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist the live‑host team during product launch events by preparing stock lists and confirming availability.
- Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management review.
- Participate in cycle‑count planning and execution to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with the purchasing and merchandising departments to resolve stock‑related issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety and housekeeping standards.
- Provide suggestions for process improvements based on observed inefficiencies.
- Attend training sessions on inventory software, loss prevention, and retail best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 25 years old or younger.
- Gender: Female.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar inventory or stock‑taking role.
- Previous experience as a live host (preferred) to support our e‑commerce livestream events.
- Strong passion for fashion and daily‑apparel trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: good manners, positive attitude, and ability to work in a diverse team.
- Core personal qualities: honesty, responsibility, creativity, diligence, and perseverance.
- Proficiency with basic store management systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
