Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Senior Accounting Staff to join our finance team in the Bogor Barat area. This full‑time position focuses on comprehensive financial management, accurate reporting, and effective coordination with suppliers and customers. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented professional aged 25‑30, with a minimum of an associate degree in Accounting and at least one year of hands‑on experience in a corporate accounting environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss reports, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct thorough reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely settlement with suppliers and accurate invoicing for customers.
- Manage petty cash operations, perform daily cash counts, and verify cash deposits against closing entries.
- Review and validate closing entries, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded before month‑end close.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights on cost structures and financial performance.
- Collaborate with internal auditors during audit cycles, supplying required documentation and explanations.
- Support the finance manager in strategic financial analysis, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial records, adhering to corporate governance and regulatory compliance standards.
- Communicate financial information clearly to non‑financial stakeholders, fostering cross‑departmental understanding.
Requirements
- Gender: Female
- Age: 25‑30 years (maximum 30 years)
- Education: Minimum D3 (Associate) in Accounting; D4 (Bachelor) preferred.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or service‑based organization.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel abilities.
- Core Competencies: Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, ability to work quickly without compromising accuracy.
- Location Preference: Residing in or near Bogor Barat is highly desirable.
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of cost accounting, financial analysis, and strategic accounting concepts.
