We are seeking a motivated Operator Listrik – Pengoperasian dan Pemeliharaan Sistem to join our technical team. This role is essential for keeping our machinery running smoothly, minimizing downtime, and ensuring that all electrical work complies with the highest safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of the electrical systems that power production machinery, including motors, control panels, and distribution boards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, using multimeters, clamp meters, and other diagnostic tools to quickly restore normal operation.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to schedule maintenance activities during low‑impact periods, aiming for minimal downtime and maximal line efficiency.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment histories in accordance with ISO and internal quality management procedures.
- Ensure all work adheres to the company’s occupational health and safety (OHS) policies, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following lock‑out/tag‑out (LOTO) protocols.
- Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals to perform repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment, including wiring, conduit routing, and motor connections, while coordinating with vendors and engineering staff.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians on safe electrical practices and proper use of testing instruments.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting upgrades or modifications that enhance energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably a diploma in Electrical Engineering, Teknik Listrik, or Elektro.
- At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in a food‑manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of single‑phase and three‑phase power systems, motor control, panel wiring, and protective devices.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency with electrical measurement tools such as multimeters, insulation testers, and power analyzers.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, to support 24/7 production demands.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward maintenance planning.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to coordinate effectively with production, engineering, and safety teams.
- Physical fitness to handle manual tasks, lift equipment, and work at heights when necessary.
- Male candidates only, with age not exceeding 29 years.
