Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide product recommendations for bakery items.
- Prepare and package baked goods according to company standards, ensuring freshness and visual appeal.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handle cash transactions, and issue receipts while maintaining a balanced drawer.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area, kitchen, and dining space, following food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, report shortages, and assist with stock replenishment during off‑peak hours.
- Collaborate with teammates to manage peak‑hour rushes, ensuring orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including equipment checks, sanitation procedures, and securing the premises.
- Respond to customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism, aiming to resolve issues quickly and maintain satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new menu items, safety protocols, and customer service techniques.
- Adhere to scheduled shift times (08:00 – 17:00) and communicate any availability changes to the supervisor in advance.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (preference) – however, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Age: Maximum 30 years old.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates not currently enrolled in higher education are preferred.
- Experience: At least 0‑1 year in a fast‑food or bakery environment with a proven record of being tidy (RAPI) and reliable.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Excellent service orientation with a genuine desire to assist and delight customers.
- Residence close to the Batang outlet is advantageous for punctuality and shift coverage.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Basic understanding of store management systems and cash handling procedures.
