We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Semarang. This role is focused on promoting and selling our line of heavy‑equipment products to a diverse customer base across Central Java and beyond. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, target‑driven professional with strong customer‑service instincts, excellent communication skills, and a polished, professional appearance (non‑hijab). Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals and market demand for heavy equipment.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, including prospective customers in construction, mining, and logistics sectors.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Deliver detailed product presentations, highlighting features, benefits, and technical specifications of our equipment.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while protecting profit margins and adhering to corporate policies.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including pipeline status, forecast accuracy, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with the technical and after‑sales teams to address customer inquiries, service requests, and warranty issues.
- Participate in trade shows, industry conferences, and field visits to increase brand visibility and gather market intelligence.
- Travel as needed within the city, province, and occasionally to other regions for client meetings, site inspections, and training sessions.
- Continuously monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; age not exceeding 35 years (preferably up to 32 years).
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent; SMA preferred.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in heavy‑equipment, machinery, or related industries.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenter.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Professional, well‑groomed appearance; non‑hijab attire required.
- Residency in Semarang or willingness to relocate.
- Core skills: Ethical communication, sales target achievement, negotiation management, sales communication, and overall sales competency.
