This role focuses on expanding our motor‑secured loan portfolio by building strong relationships with Business Agents (BA) and directly engaging with customers in the Klaten region. Responsibilities
- Promote and market motor‑secured financing products to individual consumers and small‑business owners.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new Business Agents (BA) to expand the distribution network across Klaten and surrounding areas.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing BAs, providing support, training, and performance feedback to maximize loan disbursement.
- Conduct regular field visits to potential borrowers, assess eligibility, and guide them through the application process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to the company’s compliance and risk‑management policies.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to the regional manager.
- Collaborate with marketing, underwriting, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end customer experience.
- Participate in community events and local business fairs to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and filed in accordance with internal audit standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome if they demonstrate strong motivation.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales, marketing, or field‑service role, preferably in financial services or automotive sectors.
- Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field activities.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
- High level of discipline, punctuality, and personal integrity.
- Residency in Klaten or nearby districts is highly preferred.
