Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough skin and facial assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Perform a wide range of beauty services, including facial therapies, body treatments, and specialized makeup applications for events, photo shoots, and daily wear.
- Stay current with the latest trends in makeup artistry, skincare, and beauty technology, and incorporate innovative techniques into client sessions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work station in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of cosmetics, tools, and consumables, ensuring supplies are well‑stocked and properly rotated.
- Provide detailed after‑care instructions and product recommendations to maximize client results and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with fellow therapists, stylists, and reception staff to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and product launches to continuously improve skill sets.
- Handle client bookings, record keeping, and follow‑up communications using our salon management system.
- Work effectively under pressure during peak hours while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or related field.
- Age range: 24 – 50 years.
- Gender: Female (as per company policy).
- At least 2 years of proven experience in beauty therapy and makeup artistry.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- High level of honesty, responsibility, and professionalism.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proven capability to perform under tight deadlines and high‑stress situations.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, makeup brands, and application techniques.
