Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and publish daily content across major social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster community engagement.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and video editors to produce high‑quality visual and written assets.
- Perform routine audits of social media accounts to ensure brand consistency and compliance with company guidelines.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, click‑through rates, and conversion metrics; prepare monthly reports for senior management.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging platforms, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to continuously improve content strategy.
- Assist in the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns, including budget tracking and ad performance evaluation.
- Support cross‑functional projects by providing digital insights and content recommendations.
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries and ensure proper documentation of all social media activities.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Experience: Prior experience in social media management or digital content creation is preferred.
- Core Skills: Strong administrative abilities, proficient in content planning tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, honesty, responsibility, teamwork, and the ability to work both independently and under pressure.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of image editing (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing (Adobe Premiere, CapCut) is advantageous.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
