Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Administrator Media Sosial dan Konten Digital to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in shaping the online presence of our brand, ensuring that our social media channels are vibrant, engaging, and aligned with our marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be a creative communicator with a solid understanding of digital trends, capable of managing content pipelines, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and publish daily content across major social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster community engagement.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and video editors to produce high‑quality visual and written assets.
  • Perform routine audits of social media accounts to ensure brand consistency and compliance with company guidelines.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, click‑through rates, and conversion metrics; prepare monthly reports for senior management.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with emerging platforms, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to continuously improve content strategy.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns, including budget tracking and ad performance evaluation.
  • Support cross‑functional projects by providing digital insights and content recommendations.
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries and ensure proper documentation of all social media activities.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Age: No strict age limit; candidates of any age are welcome.
  • Experience: Prior experience in social media management or digital content creation is preferred.
  • Core Skills: Strong administrative abilities, proficient in content planning tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, honesty, responsibility, teamwork, and the ability to work both independently and under pressure.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of image editing (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing (Adobe Premiere, CapCut) is advantageous.
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
