Responsibilities
- Assist senior chefs in preparing ingredients, including washing, chopping, marinating, and portioning.

- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards by cleaning workstations, sanitizing equipment, and properly storing perishables.
- Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and help with receiving and organizing deliveries.
- Support the kitchen during peak hours by ensuring timely plating and delivering dishes to the service line.
- Participate in daily prep meetings, offering feedback and asking questions to continuously improve culinary skills.
- Follow all health, safety, and company policies, including proper handling of knives, hot equipment, and cleaning chemicals.
- Assist in the creation of daily specials under the guidance of the head chef, allowing for creative input and skill development.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑25 years old.

- Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and willingness to learn advanced techniques.
- Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to work under pressure during busy service periods.
- Good interpersonal skills, punctuality, and a reliable attendance record.
- Ability to follow instructions, adhere to recipes, and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 kg when necessary.
