Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Staf Dapur Operasional dan Kebersihan to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests. The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with accommodation options available for candidates residing far from the worksite.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, mixers, and food processors safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct daily cleaning of workstations, cooking surfaces, utensils, and storage areas to uphold hygiene regulations.
  • Manage waste segregation, recycling, and proper disposal of kitchen refuse.
  • Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and ensure proper storage of raw materials.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down service stations for special events or large catering orders.
  • Perform routine checks of ventilation, fire suppression, and sanitation systems, reporting any issues to management promptly.
  • Collaborate with chefs, supervisors, and fellow staff to maintain a cohesive workflow and resolve operational challenges.
  • Maintain personal appearance and professional demeanor, reflecting the company’s brand standards.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on food safety, equipment handling, and customer service excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

  • Prior experience in kitchen operations or cleaning is preferred, though entry‑level candidates with a strong work ethic are considered.
  • Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and follow safety protocols.
  • Good attitude, honesty, confidence, and a willingness to learn.

  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads.

  • Availability to work six days a week, Monday through Saturday, with flexible shift coverage if needed.
