Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and ensure a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they enter the outlet.
- Take accurate orders, suggest menu items, and upsell complementary products to maximize average ticket size.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations while maintaining strict accuracy and adhering to company cash‑handling policies.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Kebabblasan’s standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, service counter, and back‑of‑house zones, complying with local health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock replenishment, and report any shortages or waste to the outlet manager.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, fellow crew members, and supervisors to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints on the spot, and escalate more complex issues to management.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product knowledge updates, and safety drills to continuously improve service quality.
- Contribute ideas for promotional activities, new menu items, or operational improvements that enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑25 years old.
