Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence
- Greet every customer with a warm, friendly smile and a professional demeanor.
- Conduct personalized beauty consultations covering skincare, makeup, and body‑care lines.
- Assess skin types and concerns to recommend suitable products and routines.
- Product Knowledge & Education
- Master the ingredients, benefits, and application methods of all brand offerings.
- Provide clear, concise explanations that empower customers to make informed choices.
- Participate in regular brand training sessions, webinars, and product launches.
- Sales & Target Achievement
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas set by management.
- Utilize upselling and cross‑selling techniques to increase basket size.
- Promote seasonal promotions, bundles, and loyalty programs to drive revenue.
- Visual Merchandising & Store upkeep
- Maintain clean, organized, and eye‑catching product displays.
- Re‑stock shelves promptly and ensure promotional signage is up‑to‑date.
- Assist with inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
- Administrative & Team Collaboration
- Accurately process transactions using POS systems.
- Document customer preferences for follow‑up marketing.
- Collaborate with fellow advisors and store managers to achieve collective goals.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only (as per store policy).
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new product lines and market trends.
- Basic administrative aptitude and comfort with point‑of‑sale technology.
