Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Staff Learning & Development professional to join our growing Human Resources team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the design, implementation, and evaluation of training initiatives that empower our employees to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate combines a solid academic background in psychology, HR management, or a related field with practical experience in learning and development, and is passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps across all functional areas.
- Develop, update, and maintain training curricula, syllabi, and learning materials that align with organizational goals.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate both internal and external training sessions, ensuring logistical smoothness and participant readiness.
- Facilitate training delivery, leveraging adult‑learning principles, interactive workshops, and e‑learning platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and post‑training performance metrics.
- Prepare detailed reports on training activities, outcomes, and ROI for senior management.
- Support the Management Trainee program and the Training Center by designing onboarding pathways and mentorship structures.
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning solutions that drive business results.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in L&D to continuously enhance the learning ecosystem.
- Maintain accurate training records, budgets, and compliance documentation.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 28 years.
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in Learning & Development or Training (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
- Strong understanding of the Training Need Analysis (TNA) process and ability to translate findings into actionable programs.
- Proficiency in creating training syllabi, lesson plans, and assessment tools.
- Familiarity with Management Trainee schemes and the operation of a Training Center.
- Completion of a “Train the Trainer” (TTT) program or possession of equivalent certification is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Intermediate to advanced competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic e‑learning authoring tools.
- Analytical mindset, strong initiative, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Open to working Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
