Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Administrator Pengendalian Mutu (QC Administrator) to join our quality assurance team. This full‑time position supports the day‑to‑day administration of product quality inspections and ensures that all documentation related to quality control is accurate, up‑to‑date, and readily accessible. The role works closely with the QC inspectors, production supervisors, and other cross‑functional teams to uphold the company’s high standards for product excellence.
Responsibilities
- Accurately record and digitize results of all quality inspections performed by QC inspectors.
- Maintain an organized filing system—both electronic and hard copy—for all QC reports, certificates, and related documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inspection summary reports for management review.
- Update and manage quality‑related spreadsheets, dashboards, and databases using Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet applications.
- Coordinate the flow of information between the QC department and production floor to ensure timely corrective actions.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external audit documentation, ensuring compliance with ISO, GMP, or other industry standards.
- Track key quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, rework percentages) and alert supervisors when thresholds are exceeded.
- Support the QC team in scheduling calibration of inspection equipment and maintaining calibration records.
- Provide administrative support for training sessions, including preparing attendance sheets, training materials, and post‑training evaluations.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements for data handling and report generation.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a related field such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Management.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the hiring policy).
- Experience: At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a quality control or manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic charting; comfortable using other spreadsheet or database applications.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, high level of organization, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive attitude toward problem solving.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maintain a high degree of accuracy in all documentation.
