Responsibilities
The Relationship Officer will serve as the frontline ambassador of BCA Finance, responsible for expanding market reach and fostering strong partnerships. Core duties include:
- Promoting BCA Finance’s suite of loan and financing products to prospective customers across Banjarmasin and surrounding areas.
- Identifying and cultivating relationships with local businesses, community leaders, and strategic partners to generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conducting on‑site surveys and detailed credit analyses to assess consumer eligibility, ensuring compliance with internal risk policies.
- Collaborating with the sales and underwriting teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, prospecting activities, and market feedback using BCA Finance’s CRM system.
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through the application process.
- Participating in community events, financial literacy workshops, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Reporting market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities to management on a regular basis.
Requirements

- Education: Minimum D3/D4; S1 candidates from any discipline are welcome.
- Academic Performance: GPA of at least 2.50 on a 4.00 scale.

- Licensing: Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle for field visits.
