Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate and leisure accounts, focusing on hotels, resorts, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans that align with the company’s revenue targets and market positioning.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover emerging opportunities and potential threats.
- Collaborate closely with the Guest Service Agent (GSA) team to ensure seamless hand‑over of bookings and exceptional on‑site experiences.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service packages while safeguarding profitability.
- Track sales performance metrics, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to raise brand awareness.
- Mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative culture.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar sales or business development role within the hospitality sector.
- Current domicile in Bali and willingness to work on‑site.
- Female candidate only, as the position is designated for a Guest Service Agent (GSA) role.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.
- Positive attitude, strong teamwork orientation, and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
