Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is expanding its collections team in Belilas, Riau. We are seeking a diligent Petugas Penagihan Remedial who will play a critical role in ensuring timely recovery of overdue accounts (A/R Overdue). Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end collection activities for overdue loans, ensuring all actions are completed within established deadlines.
- Conduct regular monitoring of credit accounts, identify delinquent payments, and prioritize cases based on risk level.
- Initiate contact with borrowers through phone calls, emails, and field visits to negotiate repayment plans and resolve disputes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate collection reports, documenting all communications, agreements, and outcomes in the internal system.
- Collaborate closely with the credit underwriting and risk management teams to share insights on borrower behavior and suggest preventive measures.
- Follow legal and regulatory guidelines for debt recovery, ensuring ethical conduct and protecting the company’s reputation.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents and coordinate with external collection agencies or legal counsel when necessary.
- Participate in weekly performance reviews, setting targets for recovery rates and contributing ideas for process improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism and empathy while upholding the company’s collection policies.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (or S1) in any field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Male.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year in credit monitoring, loan processing, or debt collection (experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- Key Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Effective negotiation and conflict‑resolution techniques.
- High level of integrity, diligence, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict targets.
- Proficiency in credit‑related software and basic computer applications.
- Understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Willingness to be placed at the Adira Finance office in Belilas, Riau, according to domicile.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
