We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiters and Waitresses to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a courteous demeanor.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar, and ensure any special requests are communicated clearly.
  • Serve dishes and drinks promptly, checking for correct presentation and addressing any immediate guest needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage pairings to provide informed recommendations.
  • Handle payment transactions, process bills, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Monitor table turnover, clear and reset tables efficiently, and uphold a clean and organized dining area.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow floor team members to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
  • Participate in pre‑service briefings, inventory checks, and post‑service reporting as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolve guest concerns promptly, and uphold the establishment’s hospitality standards.

Requirements

  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK; certain positions may prefer D3 or S1 in relevant fields.
  • Experience: At least 1–2 years in a similar waiter/waitress role; fresh graduates are welcome for Daily Worker positions.
  • Age: Maximum age limit as per company policy.
  • Strong communication skills with a genuine hospitality mindset.
  • Professional, tidy appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Disciplined, honest, and responsible work ethic.
  • Proficiency in basic food and beverage service techniques.
