Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide product knowledge to help them make informed choices.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain the integrity of the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Prepare and present menu items according to company standards, ensuring quality, freshness, and visual appeal.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, dining space, and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order flow and resolve any service issues promptly.
- Upsell promotional items, combo meals, and loyalty programs to maximize sales revenue.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy, turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Participate in daily briefings, shift handovers, and inventory checks to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to shift schedules, including early morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, and be flexible to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Contribute ideas for improving service efficiency, menu offerings, and overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Strong interest in the F&B sector; prior experience in culinary or hospitality environments is a plus.
- High level of work ethic, honesty, and responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, customer‑centric attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday – Sunday) from 04:00 – 22:00.
- Basic administrative skills, such as record keeping and reporting.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting.
