Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Direct Sales Representative to join our fast‑growing Wi‑Fi services team in Cikupa. Responsibilities
- Active Canvassing (Door‑to‑Door): Visit homes, apartments, shophouses (ruko), and designated target zones to promote our high‑speed Wi‑Fi packages.
- Product Presentation: Deliver clear, compelling demonstrations of service features, pricing tiers, and value‑added benefits, tailoring the pitch to each prospect’s needs.
- New Customer Acquisition: Identify potential leads, nurture interest, and close sales to convert prospects into paying subscribers.
- Field Branding: Install promotional materials such as banners, flyers, and brochures to reinforce brand visibility in the community.
- Daily Reporting: Record all customer interactions, update the CRM system, and submit a concise sales performance report at the end of each day.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with existing customers, handling inquiries and facilitating upgrades or renewals.
- Market Feedback: Gather insights on competitor offerings and local demand trends, providing actionable recommendations to the marketing team.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly sales briefings, share best practices, and support fellow representatives in achieving collective targets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.

- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:30 – 18:00, with occasional flexibility for special promotional events.
- Physical stamina to walk or travel between multiple locations throughout the day.
