Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Manajer Operasional Kopi Keliling to lead our mobile coffee service fleet across the city. This role is essential to ensuring that our coffee carts operate smoothly, deliver a high‑quality experience to customers, and maintain the brand’s reputation for speed, friendliness, and great taste. The successful candidate will combine hands‑on operational expertise with strong people‑management skills, while thriving in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily routes for all coffee carts, ensuring optimal coverage of high‑traffic locations and adherence to the 08:00‑17:00 operating window.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and tracking coffee beans, milk, syrups, and disposable supplies to prevent stock‑outs.
- Train and mentor barista staff on coffee preparation standards, hygiene protocols, and excellent customer service techniques.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance for the three‑wheelers (roda 3), schedule regular checks, and arrange repairs to guarantee safety and reliability.
- Implement and enforce discipline regarding work hours, attendance, and punctuality, fostering a culture of reliability.
- Handle cash handling procedures, daily sales reconciliation, and reporting to senior management.
- Address customer complaints promptly, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
- Analyze sales data to identify peak periods, adjust staffing levels, and suggest promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with local health regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute on‑site promotions, product launches, and community events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; no specific age limit.
- Prior experience in sales or direct‑to‑consumer service is preferred, though fresh candidates with a strong work ethic are welcome.
- Ability to operate a three‑wheel motorized vehicle (roda 3) safely and responsibly.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
- Demonstrated discipline regarding work schedules and punctuality.
- Strong sense of responsibility, humility, and a team‑first mindset.
- Key soft skills: customer‑focused communication, problem‑solving, time‑management, and adaptability in a mobile environment.
- Willingness to commit to a 6‑month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
