This role is pivotal for driving vehicle financing sales, building lasting relationships with customers, and supporting the overall growth strategy of the company.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market vehicle financing products both face‑to‑face and via telephone, ensuring clear communication of features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
- Manage and optimize all available distribution channels, including branch referrals, dealer partnerships, and digital leads.
- Conduct thorough consumer surveys and market research to identify emerging needs, competitive offerings, and potential upsell opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver tailored financing proposals, guiding customers through the application process from initial contact to contract signing.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system, updating lead status, follow‑up actions, and sales metrics on a daily basis.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by applying proven B2C sales techniques and cross‑selling related financial products.
- Collaborate closely with the underwriting, collections, and after‑sales teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and community outreach events to stay current with industry trends.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights and market observations.
- Uphold Adira Finance’s code of ethics, demonstrating integrity, honesty, and a customer‑first mindset in every interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors are welcome).
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Male candidates only (as specified by the client’s current staffing policy).
- At least 1 year of experience in vehicle financing, automotive sales, or a closely related financial services role.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a proven ability to work toward sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for negotiation and relationship building.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in B2C sales management, sales‑oriented mindset, and a solid grasp of property‑related financing concepts.
- Willingness to work in the Kajen, Jawa Tengah branch according to the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
