Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Staf Produksi – Operasional Pabrik dan Pengawasan Kualitas to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth plant operations, efficient inventory flow, and strict adherence to quality standards within our food & beverage (F&B) production environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical abilities with hands‑on production experience, supporting our mission to deliver safe, high‑quality products to consumers.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end‑to‑end transformation of raw materials into finished goods, ensuring production schedules are met.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and ERP data.
  • Prepare, organize, and archive essential production documentation such as daily production reports, shipment manifests, and quality control records.
  • Perform QC checks and act as a checker during outbound logistics to verify that product specifications, packaging, and labeling meet company standards.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to generate analytical reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and communicate findings to supervisors.
  • Operate and troubleshoot the plant’s ERP or manufacturing execution system (MES), with exposure to platforms like Oracle or proprietary software.
  • Collaborate closely with the production supervisor, procurement team, and logistics coordinators to resolve bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Assist in training new staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and proper documentation practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements that reduce waste, lower costs, and increase product consistency.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular inspections and reporting any hazards.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in F&B manufacturing or a similar production environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and Word for documentation.
  • Experience with ERP or production management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or internal factory systems) is highly desirable.
  • Age limit: maximum 35 years.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping and quality inspection.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with cross‑functional teams.
  • Problem‑solving mindset, capable of identifying issues quickly and implementing practical solutions.
  • Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
  • Gender: open to all genders.
  • Additional skill: basic cooking knowledge is a plus, reflecting familiarity with F&B processes.
