Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide range of coffee drinks—including espresso, pour‑over, cold brew, and specialty latte art—according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work station, coffee equipment, and customer‑facing areas in strict compliance with health and safety SOPs.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and consumables; perform daily stock checks and communicate reorder needs to the manager.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, ensuring proper cash drawer reconciliation at the end of each shift.
- Deliver friendly, attentive service by greeting customers, taking orders, answering menu questions, and recommending products based on individual preferences.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours, supporting coworkers with back‑of‑house tasks when necessary.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date on new brewing techniques, seasonal menu items, and customer service best practices.
- Provide feedback on equipment performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and product consistency.
- Uphold the brand’s visual standards by maintaining a tidy, attractive appearance and presenting a professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the client).
- Age: 28 years or younger.
- Prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector, preferably in a coffee‑shop environment, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and a warm, approachable personality.
- Neat, presentable appearance with a genuine enthusiasm for coffee culture.
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) precisely and consistently.
- Team‑player mindset with a proven track record of collaborating effectively under pressure.
- Quick‑thinking, honest, and courteous attitude toward both customers and colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing principles, espresso machine operation, and milk steaming techniques.
