Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with customers courteously, offering recommendations, answering questions about bean origins, and handling special requests.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to manage peak‑hour traffic, restock supplies, and execute shift changes smoothly.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, handle cash transactions, and process digital payments.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new brewing methods, seasonal menu items, and coffee industry trends.
- Assist in inventory control, reporting low‑stock items, and receiving deliveries.
- Uphold the café’s brand image by adhering to dress code, grooming standards, and professional conduct at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all candidates; no upper age limit.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Experience: Prior barista experience is highly preferred, though enthusiastic newcomers with strong motivation are also considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in basic espresso extraction, milk texturing, and equipment maintenance.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Cipanas.
- Personal Qualities: Neat appearance, excellent communication, professionalism, ability to work collaboratively, and flexibility to handle rotating shift schedules (including weekends).
