We are seeking a dedicated Dokter Ahli Pertama Spesialis Penyakit Dalam to join our multidisciplinary medical team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, diagnose, and manage a wide range of internal diseases, including cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, and metabolic disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe appropriate medications, and monitor patient progress through regular follow‑up consultations.
- Collaborate closely with nurses, lab technicians, radiologists, and specialist consultants to ensure coordinated, evidence‑based care.
- Educate patients and their families about disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence, fostering a collaborative approach to health.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with hospital policies and national health regulations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences, morbidity‑mortality meetings, and continuous medical education programs.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations, triage acute cases, and provide critical care when required.
- Uphold the highest standards of medical ethics, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, research projects, and community health outreach programs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a medical degree and internal medicine specialization are strongly preferred.

- Prior experience in internal medicine or a related clinical setting is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a strong sense of professional integrity.

- Proven capability to perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic health management knowledge (Manajemen Kesehatan) and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
