As the backbone of patient information management, you will ensure that all medical records are accurately captured, securely stored, and readily available for clinicians, auditors, and patients. Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and enter patient demographic and clinical data into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system with a focus on precision and speed.
- Maintain both paper and electronic medical records, ensuring they are organized, up‑to‑date, and easily retrievable.
- Perform regular audits of medical files to guarantee completeness, correctness, and compliance with HIPAA‑like privacy standards and local health ministry guidelines.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and lab technicians to obtain missing documentation, clarify ambiguous entries, and resolve data discrepancies.
- Handle confidential patient inquiries regarding their records, providing accurate information while respecting privacy policies.
- Support the transition to new EHR modules by testing workflows, training staff, and offering feedback for system enhancements.
- Prepare routine and ad‑hoc reports on record‑keeping metrics, such as turnaround time, error rates, and archive status.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for accreditation audits and external inspections.
- Manage the secure archiving and disposal of outdated records in accordance with retention schedules.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process optimizations to reduce bottlenecks and improve patient experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Health Information Management, Nursing, or a related medical field.
- Female candidates, age not exceeding 35 years.
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) or equivalent professional registration.
- Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and a commitment to ethical conduct.
- Excellent multitasking abilities; capable of handling high‑volume data entry while maintaining quality.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office) and familiarity with popular EHR platforms.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Either recent graduate or candidate with relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Readiness to start immediately and adapt to a Monday‑Saturday work schedule (08:00‑17:00).
