Introduction
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our cleaning services team at the Way Halim location in Bandar Lampung. As a Jasa Kebersihan (Cleaning Service) associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, spotless, and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and waste removal in offices, public areas, and client facilities.
- Sanitize high‑touch surfaces—including door handles, elevator buttons, and restroom fixtures—to uphold health and safety standards.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, reporting low inventory to the supervisor promptly.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down meeting rooms, ensuring furniture and equipment are clean and orderly.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks, especially during peak hours between 09:30 and 21:00.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures) that could affect cleanliness or safety.
- Maintain accurate logs of completed duties and any incidents, following company protocols.
- Provide courteous service to clients and visitors, responding quickly to special cleaning requests.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on cleaning techniques, environmentally‑friendly products, and workplace safety.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent; SMA/SMK preferred.
- Age 30 years or younger.
- Open to all genders.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for cleanliness and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to interact politely with clients and teammates.
- Service‑oriented mindset—friendly, proactive, and quick to respond to needs.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and safe handling of chemicals is a plus.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Sunday, from 09:30 to 21:00.
