Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans for life insurance products within assigned BNI Bank branches.
- Conduct proactive prospecting, needs analysis, and product presentations to both existing and new bank customers.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads, manage the sales cycle from quotation to policy issuance, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate closely with branch managers, relationship officers, and back‑office teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders (BNI staff) and external clients, fostering trust and long‑term loyalty.
- Provide accurate product knowledge, regulatory compliance guidance, and post‑sale support to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to propose product enhancements and new sales strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present results to senior management.
- Participate in continuous training programs, earn certifications, and stay current with industry developments.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with a D3 or S1 degree in any discipline are also welcome.
- Age between 20‑35 years.
- At least 1‑2 years of proven experience in marketing or sales within the financial services sector, preferably in bancassurance or insurance.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Professional appearance, well‑groomed and presentable.
- Demonstrated interest in sales and a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
- Not currently listed as an active member of AAJI (Association of Indonesian Insurance Companies).
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, and travel within the Central Jakarta area as needed.
