Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative for the XLSmart brand to cover the Kab. Tulang Bawang Barat area. This role is ideal for a male candidate with a minimum high school education who thrives in a fast‑paced, field‑based sales environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for expanding market reach, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers throughout the region.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to existing and prospective customers, following the detailed Route Management Plan (RMP) to maximize coverage efficiency.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into active accounts, consistently exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Develop and present tailored product demonstrations that showcase the unique features of XLSmart solutions, thereby increasing product knowledge among customers.
- Maintain a well‑organized “smart cluster” system, tracking sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Provide post‑sale support, addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales reports, including pipeline status, forecasted revenue, and market insights for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, local events, and product launches within the assigned territory.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with real‑time data on visits, orders, and follow‑ups.
- Adhere to a Monday‑Saturday work schedule, operating from 08:00 to 17:00, and manage time effectively to cover the entire designated area.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in consumer goods or technology solutions.
- Strong track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using an Android smartphone (minimum 4 GB RAM) for CRM, GPS navigation, and digital reporting.
- Own a reliable motorbike, valid SIM C driver’s license, and an active SKCK (police clearance).
- Ability to work independently in the field, adapt quickly to changing market conditions, and solve problems on the spot.
- High level of personal integrity, punctuality, and a customer‑first mindset.
