Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with corporate objectives and target the residential, commercial, and mixed‑use property segments.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities within the real‑estate landscape.
  • Lead the creation of multi‑channel campaigns—including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, events, and outdoor media—to generate qualified leads and support sales teams.
  • Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless customer journeys from prospect to closing.
  • Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor spend against performance metrics to maximize cost‑effectiveness.
  • Design and oversee the execution of brand‑building initiatives, including visual identity, storytelling, and public relations activities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, campaign ROI, brand awareness, and market penetration.
  • Mentor and coach junior marketing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, creativity, and accountability.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in property marketing or a closely related real‑estate sector.
  • Strong decision‑making skills with the ability to evaluate complex data and make swift, informed choices.
  • High learning agility and a proactive attitude toward professional development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently and as an effective member of cross‑functional teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI), and Microsoft Office Suite.
